Night Routine for Restful Sleep

 Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation technique and form of meditation that is derived from the Sanskrit term "yogic sleep." Yoga Nidra is a transitional state between sleeping and waking. The practitioner's body is completely relaxed, and he or she directs their attention inward by listening to a set of instructions, similar to a guided meditation.


 Yoga Nidra practice induces deep relaxation and increases one's self-awareness. Yoga Nidra has been shown to reduce depression, stress, and anxiety, as well as improve mood, quality of life, and well-being. Put on something comfortable. Prepare to unwind!

My name is Sonya Lyn, the founder of LivingUnbroken®. I'm a breathwork and energy healing practitioner, Intervention Counselor, professional life coach, yoga teacher, and retreat leader. I am passionate about empowering you on your healing journey, creating a healthy, peaceful and soulful life. It is my mission to share this self-healing wisdom around the world, supporting you to get your power back for a life full of love. I have raised three children, a son and a daughter in the military, and a son is in college. I love trail running, hiking, traveling and practicing yoga on my front porch.
